EMPLOYMENT | Murphs Surf Shop

Hi! Before applying for a position, please review the openings below and state the location where you would like to work. Our locations require a background check and CPR/AED training, which will be provided by Murphs Surf.

Our business model requires team members to work weekends and holidays. If you're not available for two to three weekends a month during our season from April 15th to October 15th, you may experience a delay in being hired and/or limited hours.

Available a minimum of three weekends a month "Saturday and Sunday"

Able to work two of the three major summer holidays, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day

- Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs or greater with other team member - Strong verbal communication skills - Ability to operate a handheld radio - Willingness to work in possible extreme weather conditions: including outdoor summer weather, high winds, and rain/storms
