Hi there, thank you for considering joining the Murphs Surf team. We offer a variety of exciting positions that involve working with customers and outdoor equipment. Our team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of our customers. We have both seasonal and year-round positions available, and all team members will be trained to perform both rental and retail operations. 

The starting pay for our Launch & Retrieval/Front Desk positions ranges from $10.00 to $12.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, with direct deposits available on a weekly basis. We give out raises quarterly and yearly based on performance and returning team members, and internal promotions are available for team leads and managers.

We do want to highlight that all team members must be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Communication is key, and team members must be able to communicate in person, via radio, and phone. We are looking for outgoing personalities and team players.

In addition, we offer discounts on all brands carried by Murphs Surf to our team members. Our Bus Driver position requires a minimum age of 25, a clean driving record, and a Class C-CDL. The starting pay for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
