EMPLOYMENT | Murphs Surf Shop

Hi! Before applying for a position, please review the openings below and state the location where you would like to work. Our locations require a background check and CPR/AED training, which will be provided by Murphs Surf.

Our business model requires team members to work weekends and holidays. Murphs Surf does not offer split shifts. If you're not available for two to three weekends a month during our season, do not apply.

You're at least 16 years of age

You have your own transportation

Available a minimum of three weekends a month "Saturday and Sunday"

Able to work two of the three major summer holidays, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day

- Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs or greater with other team member - Strong verbal communication skills - Ability to operate a handheld radio - Willingness to work in possible extreme weather conditions: including outdoor summer weather, high winds, and rain/storms
