Returns

All sales are final, and returns due to defective products will be carried out through the Manufacturer. Murphs Surf LLC and its crew is here to help expedite this process and aid in attempts to solve any problems. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your complaint, we will help inspect it and notify you if we suggest the Manufacturer will approve your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status from the Manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the Manufacturer provides a shipping label.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Murphs Surf LLC. This page details the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Potential Delays and COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or ready for pick up at Murphs Surf LLC or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number or time when you can pick up your order at Murphs Surf LLC. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available on orders over $850.00 within 10 miles of Woodstock, GA 30189. 

 

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pickup at our Woodstock GA store. When placing your order, items “Local Pick Up Only” at checkout will display, and your order will be ready to pick up within 48 hours.

We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions. Your pick-up time will be worked out with a Murphs Surf Crew Member. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at muprhssurfs@icloud.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at murphssurfs@icloud.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-Order") with Murphs Surf LLC products and other accessories ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Murphs Surf LLC Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Pre-Order Reservation

When placing a Pre-Order for Murphs Surf LLC Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Murphs Surf LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to MurphsSurfs@icloud.com

You acknowledge and agree that Murphs Surf LLC may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within two business days of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

1. Payment

You will be charged a set price for the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order, with the remaining balance due within 96 hours. If you are unable to pay the remaining balance with in 96 hours Murphs Surf LLC holds the right to keep your Pre-Order Deposit with no refund. Your placing of a pre­order constitutes your express agreement to Murphs Surf LLC of charging the full Price of the Products at such time the order was placed.

1. Priority

Murphs Surf LLC will fufill Products according to the order in which the Pre-Order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list and you will lose your Pre-order payment and any other deposit. 

1. Pick- UP Schedule

Although we will make efforts to begin fulfilling Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Murphs Surf LLC does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Murphs Surf LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. 

1. Price

The purchase price ("Price") does not include taxes. If the Price drops within 48 hours after you have pre-ordered, we will alter your balance due to reflect the difference. If the Price goes up, your order is secure at the low Price. The Pre-Order Price is valid from the moment you place the Pre-Order. 

1. Cancellation

Murphs Surf LLC may cancel this Order by terminating the Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason due to inventory issues. You will receive a refund for the Pre-Order.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Murphs Surf LLC BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. IN THE EVENT Murphs Surf LLC IS HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE THE FULL REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE WITHOUT INTEREST.

1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Murphs Surf LLC, including in respect of any Manufacturer terms of use included in the Products or intellectual property embodied in the Products or data collected by the Products. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to these terms and conditions.

We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our privacy policy.

1. DISCLAIMER.

MURPHS SURF LLC DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT DISPLAYED BY MURPHS SURF LLC WHETHER BEFORE OR AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED THE PRE-ORDER. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCT, ITS DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND THAT THE PRODUCT THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY YOU MAY BE MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE FINAL VERSION OF THE PRODUCT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER.
